[0.9] Heli Rotor blades

As I saw in some screenshots of upcoming maps, the rotor blades are given a new animation.
I noticed that the blades are hanging down like in this screen shot
But isnt that wrong? I know that the rotor blades of many russion helicopters (havoc, Mi-17 etc) are "pulled up" on full acceleration. What about the new animations?^^ Or is this screen shot edited???

This screen shot was taken in BF2Editor and helicopters are placed in the air as statics that's why it looks like that.

The chances are those Blackhawks were either supspended or dropped from the air for the purposes of the screenshot.

EDIT: Damn you jaycecon ya bloomin' ninja.

the blades on thous choppers are not moving.

This is a editor shot CRF setup and he simply placed the technical and blackhawks as static objects, then rotated them etc to look like they where flying....

hence why no one is driving the technical

In any case in normal flight they would be bending up.

Alot of helicopters have blades that are not spinning constantly. The blades only purpose is to act as a fan for the engine, cooling it off. As engine efficiency improves with new technology, more and more choppers only have blades for emergency purposes, should the internal cooling system fail. See the Magic helicopter Video
