I'm not sure if it's a problem. I get it it too with almost all scoped weapons, where the scope moves about and shrinks when I move. It's an animation to simulate moving left and right, and possibly having the rifle move back and forth as you go.

Notably on the SVD, when I move via WASD, the scope view gets smaller and it rotates a little to simulate my moving with the weapon. Basically, they're not glued to our eyes and remain perfectly still. :)

By trying too hard, we put ourselves at a greater risk. Don’t you think so?

When you move the scope moves and as you move the rifle goes forward back wards etc.

wide with the crosshair line , and when i move the mouse a little , it's get thinner again, but the settle picture is already deflected.
i can't make a clean shot while the line is changing like that..............

That is because of the disagreement between monitor resolution and game resolution. The video card is doing its best to make everything look clear, but it is impossible to make it perfect.

Imagine resizing an image with a straight horizontal line that is 5 pixels tall, with the entire image being 1111 pixels tall. You have to resize that image to be 3217 pixels tall. Because 3217 isn't divisible by 1111, the graphics card is distorting the image vertically (The line will have to be either 14 or 15 pixels tall. Due to the way LCD monitors work, it is physically impossible to get a line that is 14.47794779477947795 pixels tall) The crosshair is being distorted for you because the resolution that the game is putting out is not your monitor's native resolution.

To fix this, you have to set the game output resolution (in BF2 video settings) to be the same as your monitor's native resolution. If you have a widescreen monitor you may have to use custom parameters in your PR/BF2 shortcut. Do some google searching for "BF2 start parameters screen resolution" or something of the sort. You will find a guide.
