1. If I'm going to create a new faction, do I just copy the "Soldiers" file and adapt it?
2. I edited some soldier's skin from SF faction. DO I just need to copy the "Soldiers" file ?

We haven't come out a test build. He just had some questions ;)

Maybe we should integrate the two different plan. So that we could keep in same
step ?

Regarding the T91 model: I would suggest that you use the PR M4 or M16 model as a base and modify it instead of making a new model from scratch. That way, there's parts commonality between the models, and it should also ease texturing, due to the PR models already being UV-mapped. And they're really high-quality as well.

Well we could totally scratch my spreadsheet and go for yours except....
ONLY 9mm pistols for H-AT and AA? I feel you could make the equipment a bit more modernized. The T85 and T65K2 were taken out of front line service and now are only available to reserve and military police forces. The Mk.2 Pineapple Grenade, however 1337 and holistic it is, is just too d**n old as is C2. Also the Javelin can't be used, it just really over-powered. That thing can take out its own side tanks if it wants too, Challenger 2, Abrams, and Leo2s. Thats why we don't use em in PR..sadly. You could replace the HAT with A SMAW which is basically a reloadable AT4. Give it 2 shots, voila HAT..and I'll make a revised one. As long as we keep Singapore I'm happy.

Sidenotes
C2 (C4 for everybody else) is slot 6

I almost revised your suggestion. Referring to Mk.2 and C2, it because the military in Taiwan only use Mk.2 and we don’t use shotgun. That is why we use C2.
And the last, I want to understand that why you want to keep Singapore if you pleased.

BTW T85 and T65K2 haven't been taken out.

Well this is World War III and it would make sense if the US were modernizing the ROCA with M67 and C4, and the Norwegians didn't have a marksmen rifle but they figured it out. The the same thing with us, the Taiwanese don't use shotguns but we have to bridge that gap now don't we?
They aren't a guerrilla warfare army, they are a modern conventional army. Giving them a shortage of equipment wouldn't help them, they are already weak as is. ( A recent study has shown, that if the PLA invade, Taipei would fall in 3 days and the rest of the military would last for another 5. ) And its a waste to model something that we don't really need.

Giving the T65K2 and T85 to those troops would be like giving the M16A2 (ACOG) and the M16A1 to the American Troops. IMHO, it would be best to give the best and most up to date equipment that we have TODAY even if only 40% of the military uses it because PR is WW3 which a few-dozen years in the future.

And Singapore is in because they have bases on Taiwan and the men on those bases would probably fight too. It also gives us something that the other factions don't have.

You gotta think outside the box man

well, I think its our job/duty to show the truth for everyone in TAFP even in PR. T65K2 and T85 were currency in ROC Troops, and I believe it will keep using in 5 or 10 years. PR is not a future mod, if it was, why F22 or F35 wasnt placed in ?

PR IS set in the future. Thats why GB and the US are in China and fighting the MEC. The F35 and F22 aren't in the mod because they are overpowered and there is no real way of showing stealth on a 4x4 map. Plus, factor in the limited maps and not having a usable Super carrier for the F35. The T85 should not be put in because it WILL be phased out very soon. That's the whole reason behind Rhino no asking for and putting in a CH-46 Seaknight. They are being phased out.

It's NOT future, It is NEAR future. and WHY are GB and US in China and fighting with MEC? It's just like in ST we exploring the SPACE:THE FINAL FRONTIER which we not current exploring and do what we haven't do, and use what we haven't have. It's bcz "the worldmaker create the world like this." there's no other reason, the timeline's only effect in PR is "We are not creating a far FUTURE mod. Let's play a WWIII with what we have, it must be fun."
There will not have F35 and F22 is same reason, It's not a FUTURE mod.
Just like why the plan keep T65K2 and T85 up, bcz "we DON'T have other Grenade launcher(or you just think it's which the SHOTGUN named T85 :) ? it's a nice gun to shot birds in our airport) and we have lots of T65K2 AND only a little amount sniper rifle."

Why are we think Singapore force shouldn't have is bcz, they are NOT PLA's enemy or ROC's ally, they don't have to fight for us, so they retreat fast when SITUATION is CRITICAL.(before the war)
Sure, it may raise some nice vision in our battlefield if we TRAPPED(make a situation not let retreat) them and force it to fight
