Ok, I think it would be possible, if you had a good Pilot who could keep the Blackhawk/merlin/other "large" transport helicopter still, that a rifleman specialist could throw a grappling hook off the side, and then everyone could double tap E, come out where the grappling hook was thrown (as long as the dude was in the right place) and then attach themselves to the hook, and press S to slide down it.

THis would be better than no fast ropes.

IF you can't have it so everyone exits the vehicle in exactly the same space, maybe increase the area that you can get onto the grappling hook from.
