Everyone in Europe should get a good ping, as the server is more or less, right in the centre of Europe.

I was more concerned about what it would be like for NA players, but it all seems to be good with everyone getting between 110 - 150

The official launch will be next weekend, but the server is now running 24/7, and the server has a mumble channel on the PR server. Admins haven't be fully arranged yet, so if there's problems, then please bear with us until the official launch
