{WP}Paas: and why is Israel out of the picture for a future war scenario? they've been in constant fighting for almost half a century now.
in the current scope of the PR plan that i've read, the british is going in first of course, but once that's done a new army addition would open choice for whichever army that could realistically fight an open conventional warfare.

And because we have one bulpup weapon in the hand of the british we can't have a bulpup weapon in the hand of the israel???? ur comment puzzles me. Would u say that we should take out the AK101 because it's a full length rifle and the US are using M16 which are full length rifle as well then?Especially with you have the Enfield family of rifles which follows the same basic design principle (bullpup).

i don't know....
the last time syria, egypt and the arab coalition assaulted israel in the yom kippur war, the US barked a lot but they were slow to respond. In the end they didn't had to since the IDF turned the table and kicked Syria and Egypt out in the face.
The bad thing for me is that ever since then arab coalition been shy of mounting an open warfare except for a few occasion. Though here's hoping they somehow become brazen enough and mount a full scale assault again... with all the equipment that have appeared in the past decades or so the fight will be a real test of modern hardware.

You mean its like every other bullpup rifle ever? I'd never have thought of that! It's also very accurate because it can have a longer barrel in a more compact weapon compared to a conventional design such as the AR-18 or FN-FNC.hop_ic wrote:one thing that makes that gun great is that they are super accurate because the weight is in the back of the ggun instead of the front.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

True, but lets look at the MEC. By all accounts they shouldn't exist surely?IDF-Godzilla wrote:Israel cannot be ignored as a future addition, you got a global war in the middle east for christ sacks, its just wont make any sense not to see it ingame.
This is a reality mod, unless they remove the MEC altogether which seems unlikely, it might be reasonable to assume in the games fictional world the middle eastern countries banded together.
It's not unreasonable to assume a conflict DID take place that removed the hostile factor between certain countries, such as Iran and Israel, etc.

Open your eyes mates, MEC are all Muslim countrys banded together, i dont hear Hebrew in the commands pannel when i play with MEC, and they use Russian/Soviet hardware, the exact opposite when you guys talking about banding Israel with the MEC.G.Drew wrote:i think in this 'fictional' world the MEC have complete control of the Middle-East, INCLUDING Israel

Point taken, though I'm pretty sure Dice/EA generalised and just decided muslim would be the dominant language IF a MEC was formed.IDF-Godzilla wrote:Open your eyes mates, MEC are all Muslim countrys banded together, i dont hear Hebrew in the commands pannel when i play with MEC, and they use Russian/Soviet hardware, the exact opposite when you guys talking about banding Israel with the MEC.
But honestly, relations between Israel and the west are shaky, but progressing. With that said I could see the IDF being implemented and allying with the US and the UK (once their also implemented).
Don't get me wrong, I was just trying to justify the MEC having the TAR-21, by saying Israel may have been involved in the MEC.
Though I can't see Israel joining such a coalition in a way that doesn't involve conflict, and if that did happen I don't think the IDF would lose, and in that case Israel would likely be the head of the MEC and the spoken language wouldn't be what it is now.
