i hate that buzzer and those systems... when i am part of a tank hunting team we dont use any laser guided wpns for that specific reason.. all them sensors... back to the good old 84mm CarlGustav, dosent pack the same punch but u can get a mobility kill
Did you know you can dumbfire the AT rockets? Just don't bring up your scope and fire at the middle of your screen. The missile go perfectly straight and won't set off the lock on tone, but of course it's harder to hit a target that way.
APC's, MBT's, Helo's and planes has those for sure.... but the rest shouldnt have it... i never seen a hummer or one of canadas "logistical" vehicule with a laser warning receiver

Yah, I've done that a few times, but only at extremely close ranges, where it doesn't matter if they hear the tone. It does matter when that .50 cal is aimed at you though.

nah, if i remember correctly you still can steer the rocket even without the scope.
There are rocket launchers which dont emit radiation (like wire guided rockets and heat seeking rockets). These should yeld no tone at any vehicle. I'm not sure about the real guidance system of BF2 and PRMM AT rockets, but I think they wouldn't yeld a tone. I'm sure stinger and equivalent anti-aircraft missles are heat seeking, thus stealthy and the aircraft tones should be removed.
