No, the Special Forces expansion to BF2 is pretty much a mod in itself. EA ban anyone from modding their expansions, PRMM has some very 'similar' ideas included like the night vision. That is all.
I'm in agreeance with the civ vehicles. When I play Muttrah there's that little invincible purple car on pretty much every street corner. Currently, I've seen no map take into account that mystery white pickup truck that was supposedly added. I have no idea what it even looks like! I think civ vehicles would be a nice touch, especially on the city maps. They needn't be given armaments, just some areas for infantry to shoot out of if necessary.

One of the maps has a dump truck you can drive (takes quite a few hits to take down, too). I mean, it's a nice dream to have but I don't honestly think letting you modify a gun for PR would be a good idea, seeing as how putting a 203 on would make assault/ grenadier almost redundant. (no flame)
