Now that the business tactics of major corporations are coming out to light, I honestly wouldn't doubt that, not one bit, after all isn't it a "Money Market Economy", lol.
Anyhow, that kind of struck me the fact that moto is in the game... Isn't that covered by copyright laws or something?
Would be fun to see the Devs fighting over copy right laws...
