Playing PR with speakers instead of headphones

I've always played with speakers, Always loved it!

Problem is sometimes you can hear yourself through other peoples speakers which really detracts from the realism

for some reason I cant hear the voices good then...
that's the reason why I play with headphones.

I already have the output thingy of voice high but still its too low :/
