Each time I play sapper in a militia map I can set a first marker for a grenade trap and a land mine. But when I want to set a second (or third...) one, the first one is not removed and no new marker is put on the map.
I did not get the possibility to test this with another kit yet (especially regular armies' combat engineer). I was surprised this has not already been report in the bug report list. Did anyone ever encounter this issue?

Re: Issue with minefield marker on map
This is known feature and AFAIK it's BF2 engine limitation. You need to contact your commander and have him set more mine markers for you.fact(n) wrote:Each time I play sapper in a militia map I can set a first marker for a grenade trap and a land mine. I dont think it was the BF2 engine limitation, i thought they removed it so it could not be spammed. Because commanders cant remove Player made markers if i remember correctly.clueless_noob wrote:This is known feature and AFAIK it's BF2 engine limitation. Yeah, it's a known issue. You are only supposed to have one marker, but it should update when placing a new one. Not sure if it was fixed for next release.
