I know the UAV has been suggested and resuggested but cant find anything like this how about having it as an actual commander asset were the commander can actually fly it form the command post. in essance he would fly it like a plane but form the comfort of the command post he/she could then relay targets as they would normaly.
The idea is that its like an actual plane were u would take off form the runway and have to land for fuel again dnt no if this is a hardcode issue but if it could be implemented it could be a good resource to use and it would give the commander another role to do.

Someone wanted to have like civis with cameras so commander could watch view from command post, but that was hardcoded, this is a similiar concept so probaly be too. And im pretty sure every suggestion for UAVS has been brought up and locked.

Ye i have checked alot of the UAV posts but none have the element of actualy flying them urself is done in real life they have suggested automatic uav like vanilla

if you were to have like the gunner of the vanilla cobra shoot UAVs from the ground and just make them so they long for a long time and don't blow up maybe or does no body understand because I'm starting to lose what I'm saying too
