Ticket count in SP

I've been playing PR in single player a lot and I just got it so that there are 63 bots in the game but the problem is I don't know how to increase the ticket count so the game will last more then five minutes.
Do any of you know how to increase the ticket count in single player?

hey guys i've tried changing the value of sv.ticketRatio in the serversettings.con file but the tickets in singleplayer still remain as 100. Its from the "mods\pr\settings" folder or am i wrong somewhere?

I'm running version 1.3 perhaps that could be the cause of this issue?

I'm running 1.22 and that doesn't work for me either.
