I just downloaded the patch and now upon installation I am getting this message.
I've hit OK when prompted that it would install the necessary files but it is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are the 2 messages i am getting:

Download dependencies:

I hit ok and its giving me an error code:

Error sending request.
A connection with the server could not be established.

When i go to Micrsofot to get the required file I am getting this message.

Failed to Connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at download.microsoft.com.

Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.

Random Shit ? how can u tweak civilians ? civilians are very rare since the long Spawn Time, i think this patch will fail. We need a black bag over head if we arrest civilians and let them spawn at Guantanamo Bay, but need to hurry Birack Saddam Hussein Osama will close it soon. But all in all a great patch the Combat Medic part is very good cuz medic will be like some VIP so people will protect him more then Squadleader, that why civis are tweaked i understand. Iam not a E-terriost iam E-Terrorrorist
