specialy kits availabilty

Searched and couldn't find this already suggested.
I like the changes the DEV's have been making overall and since the last change with one medic kit per squad I think it's time to bring up this idea.

I've been rolling this around in my head for some time. Make specialty kits (e.g HAT/LAT/Engineer) only retrievable by the squad leader of any squad to give to another team member, or squad members of squads that have higher squad scores (not K/D) .

I'm seeing more and more people with special kits who waste them in very short order. Many players grab kits without even asking a squad leader. Something you would never see IRL. With the kit menu system now, squads are now discussing who gets what kit. This is good and promotes teamplay instead of run n' gun attitudes. Perhaps this is probably not possible but I think worth suggesting.

I think this is probably the way to go.

Like "kit reset" command the SL has that resets the kits in his squad. By that I mean it makes the server look at what kits his squad have requested, which have requested within the last 2 mins, who is new, but if no medic kits/whatever are found in the squad, and havet been requested, it lets them have them again. Because I've played in 3 squads now where we made a squad, and no1 could get anything since the squad before us with the same number had split up, and hadn't died with their medic kits.

This is a good idea as it encourages very strong teamplay. Only problem is if you have dumbass SL, but then you can always move squad :p You would need to limit the SLs request kit amount to the amount of people in the squad though. I'm no DEV so i don't know if that'd be easy or hard.

Just out of curiosity. Do ideas get reviewed as feasible or not? Is there a process of review or do they just get a glance over by someone?

What happens after your rally is overrun, and the entire squad agrees you need a lat to take care of that APC, but the squadleader is the only one not near the firebase? Does the squad get stuck without LAT support because the SL was able to stay alive?

tl;dr If the change is implemented, how do you handle SL/SM separation (not because the SM is lonewolfing, because the SL was the only one to survive an ambush or something) and the need for a special kit?
Players might be hardcoded, but that sure doesn't seem to stop anybody from trying.
