Auto deploy in favorites

The Auto deploy button is not showing under the "favorite servers" list.

I do not know if it is a bug or not, but since it is such a nice feature I do not think it should be restricted only to the "internet servers" list.

Due to the big difference of the favourites browser compared to the internet/training browser, I couldn't get it working, hence it's not there. Maybe for a future version I can get it working, but it's not a priority.

It wouldn't serve much purpose, as you favourite server is full, then it would be at the top of your list. However, if your favourite server is not full, no need for auto deploy is there
