Insurgent Map/Mosques/LMGquestion

First, Based on the real world ROEs, I think that you should not be able to engage an insurgent unless it engages you. Also based on the real world, there should be penalties for shooting in/at/around of mosques. I think this would help the current situation with people complaining about "OOMFGWTFBBQ INSURGENCY SUCKS AS TALIBOMB!!!." This way, the insurgents would have the "first turn to choose what to do.

select the depoyed mode, weapon 4, right click.

I generally play on servers that don't allow baserape of insurgents.

Was ok in the olde days when Ins had hundreds of spawn points, since if you got raped, you just spawned elsewhere.

It's only the 249 that has it. Pick deployed mode and just zoom away. (Right click)
