I've tried assigning some secondary controls to the joystick (still using keyboard & mouse as primary).
Mainly been using the constant-input throttle knob as a type of cruise control in vehicles.

How do you go about assigning the "Turret Controls" to a joystick? I can drive land/sea/air vehicles with it fine, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to bind the joystick to the turret. Anybody know how this can be accomplished?
Thanks fellas!

It actually needs to be coded into the games files for you to be able to do it unless of course your joystick allows you to control your mouse. If your interested in trying this out all armored vehicle main guns and player controlled artillery operate with wasd or joysticks in combined arms. You can download this PR add-on here: combinedarms.myfreeforum.org :: Combined Arms Installer

Now that you mention it I just might start using my joystick for flying.

Re: More use for joy sticks
I didn't have any issues with assigning turret controls using the Logitech "extreme 3d", just went into controls and selected the look right function and twisted the joystick to the right.NCSmokeEater wrote:How do you go about assigning the "Turret Controls" to a joystick?
What joystick are you using?
