Problem with the vehicle guns

`Hey guys
I have everything that i need for PR and PRSP and it works.
I have Vista, now when i want to be the gunner of a vehicle an armored vehicle, when i want to move the gun, with the mouse, it doesn't move and if i shoot it keeps hanging, please help and respond
