GameArena servers

Post by Fuzzy »

Firstly, sorry for posting this in the public forum. However it appears that my many PM's to the devs haven't been spotted.

I'm the server admin for GameArena (an Australian GSP) and we have in the past run PR servers. I had jumped through all the hoops to get a server license, but my access now seems to have been removed. This is possibly because we stopped running our perm public PR server. We still run freely available bookable servers however, and would like to update these to the latest version as well as putting up another perm public server.

Here is a list of the BF2 servers we currently run (to show that we're not just some little dodgy GSP): BigPond GameArena

Pretty please can I have the required access reinstated to my account?

yay free bandwidth servers here i come!

HangMan: BF2 Editor, it has very strict limitations memory wise, and crashes all the time. Its like a girl. Treat it with respect and take it slow and you'll get places. Rush and get ahead of yourself and it will turn around and punch you in the mouth

Ahh I was wondering about GameArena's interest in PR.

Good luck with the server, Internode/Games.On.Net struggles at the moment to get players due to GSA/BigD's multi-server dominance but the more aussie servers to chose from the better.

At least it shows the big GSP's taking notice of the modding community, offering unmetered patch downloads and servers to customers.
