Having trouble with our friend PB

131134 is the number others have had the same trouble to but i cant find a fix anywere nor know what a *$%£^$ windows api function is like i say it worked fine the other day and no changes to my comp from than

unkown windows api function [131134] you know the normal **** PB tells you that means nothing untill you look it up.
