Help mic stopped working!!

So i updated my graphics drivers today and when i went to play PR my mic wont work now,... can someone please help me out

and i know theres a hardware section but lets face it no one goes in there

Is update your graphics drivers that all you did? You didn't install any sort of software that uses sound inputs or outputs, such as a media player, webcam driver, Audacity, etc.?

If not check your mic boost box, open up audacity and blow into your microphone for a second while it is recording, and see if it detects any sort of sound at all.

nope just updated my video driver and BAM!!!! mic stopped working

hmm i have a little on-off switch on my mic see if you accidently turned it off ? i once did that and used 2 hours to find out what was wrong

easy fix.

While in game. Press TAB, than click the MANAGE tab, than double click your VOIP icon.

Voila! all fixed.
