Windows Hacked off Computer? o.0

So I turned on my computer this morning and it was acting ub3r slow. I then started Control Panel which turned white and crashed itself. Later when I restarted, my computer went FUBAR, it said, " The CD Key you entered was invalid", which is wierd since I have been using that computer since mid 2008.

Last time this happened it was about a week before May 20th, my friend thought I had a virus so we reformatted the computer. That worked and we thought it was gone, but as you can see it has happened again?

My question is, Is this infact a virus, did some one hack out my Windows (possibly for the second time?) or is this some hardware/software glitch.

sounds like a virus to me, or somethings wrong software wise, what anti virus are you using?
