How do I get kits for vehicles? Such as tanks and helicopters? Do I just request them or do I need someone to give me one or what?

Need to be in a squad to request them. Go to any entrance of a vehicle and press T but you have to be in a squad.

I would STRONGLY recommend reading the manual that comes with PR. To effectively play PR {and not piss off your teammates} you need to learn everything about it so reading the manual and then going to a training server is the best way to learn.

i agree u should read the ENTIRE manual. but unfortunately some info is not in the manual. like how long does it take for a tank, helicopter, or APC to respawn? or how many Bradley IFV AP rounds can a BTR sustain before being destroyed? or how much damage does a G3 do compared to a M16?

also, while ingame u can use the team or world chat and ask. sometimes people will help u.
