lol, do it like pentions - income based, you fill in a pocket money OR job income form, morgage if you have one, age ext.
ANd then PR send a letter with extra stamp in post, and re-seelable envalope for putting the donation in. And the lucky few whos pocket moeny of income in below a certain ammount, does not have to do any thing.

jke. the above is utter shite, we dont even really need the sounds, they might be nice but more of a special extra.
personally dont care much, would much rather have a better working class system and realistic vehicle control ext.

if you read some where, it has been agreed! WE NEED TO FIND A RESPONSIBLE PERSON, WHO WE CAN SEND THE MONEY 2 AND WHO WILL THEN PURCHASE IT AND THEN SEND IT TO THE DEV's!!!!!!!

to malik and others, if YOU don't have some form of electronic money blah blah, dont you have a friend with one, or someone you know where you can just give them the money then have them donate on here.

whoever decides to be the responsible one and set up the paypal acccount please leave your full name, address and phone number so if you decide to take off with the money, following harrassments and asskicking can resume =D
