Whens the hotfix being released?
I know that the new vanilla patch hasnt been released yet but i feel that we desperately need a hotfix for this game. Dont get me wrong im very greatful for the hard work that the DEVs do and thanks to them for that. However i really think that this should have been tested much more vigorously. For example i know everyone says that the new LMG brings great realism to the game. But we've got to remember that this is a game and we need to have good gameplay for people to enjoy it. People dont enjoy being sniped by and LMG that is stupidly accurate and impossible to take out unless the gunner and his squad are retarded. This should be addressed with it being taken off.
Next clearly the limited kits thing isnt working. I think that should either be fixed or removed. Maybe you could allow us to request certain kits from the rally points instead of having them on the spawn as clearly this is just to complicated.
Also the rally point thing is ridiculous. If a rally can be overrun this easily then we may aswell not bother laying them. U say lay them further back but people will be moving that way so they'll just get destroyed 10 seconds later.
To be honest the only positives that have actually affected me are the new sounds for the l85 and the chinese gun which i have to admit are sexy. However at the moment gameplay has been pretty much destroyed and it has just been a negative patch release for me. It's a shame as the mod was developing really well up til this release. Thanks for the work DEVs but maybe this should have actually been tested before being released.

To that I have to add the death on spawn thing that we posted about, don't know if any devs managed to find the cause of that.

The LMG is fine, get used to realism 
Now the other rifles need to be made realistic too..
Only thing is the LMG shouldnt be requested from the spawn menu, like said earlier would like to see kits like; marksman/grenadier/auto rifleman/light AT to be requested from the rallypoint

Its called Project Reality you know, what should be fixed are some of the guns and rockets of the insurgents, conventional forces are fine..

I disagree, when you move through an area you don't want to have to find the bads from which the enemies emerge like Dr Who from the Tardis.Also the rally point thing is ridiculous. Set FBs as fall back positions, RPs as ur front reinforcement areas, if ur RPs and FBs go down...thats cuz the enemy are better than you.

I do like realism what i dont like is being mowed down and sniped by LMGs. I'm all for realism however i want to enjoy my gaming not get raped all of the time. The problem with people in this game is that they cant see a line between realism and having a good time. Dont get me wrong i love realism but i dont like getting sniped by anyone but a sniper.
Too the rally point person yes but surely u dont want to have to lose your position everytime an enemy comes near you. The reason more people dont play this game is because of the sheer amount of walking you have to do. This adds more walking which puts more people off.

Som1 needs to rethink their tactics...the idea is to stay alive and not respawn.
Walking should only really be a problem on maps such as Tad Sae. I would venture that the addition of 1 strkyer/2hummers vs the Chi 50cal APC would vastly improve that map. Though really....the map isn't very big and walking 1000m does really not take long at all, and such distances give more strategic options to teh game rather than "spawn, kill things til you die, repeat"

No but if one person in your squad dies then they have to spawn back miles away meaning that the squad gets split up, which is no good with all of the limited kits, my tactics are fine thnks

I think that we should go back to the old way rally points were done, but I also think that instead of "so many enemies" near the RP, how about a time limit?
Like.. say.. 4 enemies are around an RP for about 5-10 minutes?
The reason i say this is that the time limit should be there to A) allow the squad to MOVE their RP before their RP is destroyed.
Now, I already see a exploit... "Well every 4minutes and 50 seconds they can move it and then they don't have to worry."
Well, I think that once the enemy has been around for about half the time that the RP has been down, you can't move your RP until you clear the area out, or they leave.
The reason I say this is because an RP can't be overrun unless it's FOUND....
isn't it weird? Course soldiers spawning out of a pile of bags is odd too... 
But I've had my RP's, still far away from the battle, randomly destroyed by people walking.
So please... PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX THE RP SYSTEM.... just because other people can't find them, doesn't mean it's impossible.. i'm actually quite good at it. You look at

B) If you hear a faint radio, turn around and try and triangulate the position of the noise. Most people generally have stereo, so try and listen side to side. =) that works.

Also, i had my ENTIRE squad on my RP. And it still poofed. ._. that just.. doesn't make sense...

Have they figured out whats wrong with Shotgun? The thing about it having very low damage or almost no dmage at close range. I can't really figure out exactly at which distance and details but its bugged for sure.
What about the LAT blast radius? That is obvious one.

they did that for gameplay reasons =/
They also did the RP for gameplay reasons... I DON'T LIKE IT ._. It sucks when you have 6 guys around a bunch of backpacks and they mysteriously dissipate into thin atmosphere. That's... irritating....

yh especially when ther is a firebase nowhere near you and so you lose your position and lo and behold all the choppers have been crashed so ther is nowhere to go so you have to wait 20mins before anything exciting happens.

Yup. I was at Kashan and we were in the Restroom, and we put an RP down with me and 4 other guys around us, and then it disappeared, but enemies were no where near us.... =/
It just... made me sad....
so we sat there.. and put it down like.. 5 more times, but it kept going away..

No I was talking about the Buckshot. I know the Slug thing is not effective at far range because of game whatever. But It seems Buckshot is not effective at all at close range. As I said before I don't know and I'm not willing to test every details about this bug. But it certainly don't work while in firefight.
But It sure will be nice to shoot a target at 100m with slugs just like real rifled slug is capable of.
Just come to think of it... If so many of weapons in this game have excuses like 'Insurgent are not able to obtain such' just like Insurgent don't have a single scope on assault rifle in this game, I don't think they can obtain such modern thing like Breaching slug. Why not just give them normal slug and make it normal slug just like in previous release. It was pure fun and killer to use Saiga slug instead of rifle. Its like not so accurate 50 cal Barrett

But realistically a slug wouldnt be that effective at 100M- it would do some damage i admit but it wouldnt kill people and at close range it works pretty well.

I like the new LMG. It forces the squads to play more together, because it is so deadly. Checking the landscape is now even more crucial than before.
To the RP thing:
Did they change the RP ? Thought it is the same like in .85. Anyway the enemy shouldn't walk around the area of the RP. It is a backup point. Set it behind your lines and not in enemy territory.

I dont think the DEVs release hotfixes because you dont like the way the mod is getting more realistic.
Do you really honestly think the devs are going to take out scoped LMGs after all the work it took to make them and because people cant adapt?
