does outdated video drivers cause a PB kick?

yes im a total noob when it comes to this i need help so bad!

keep getting kicked PB kick for unknown windows api funtion [131134] i think is the number not only that i cant seem to be able to play any online steam game either steam says my video drivers are out of date card is a ATI radion HD 4870.

i have updated them from the ati website and from the catalisc control center thingy wich says it all up to date but steam still says it is not i think both issues are realated please please help me its driving me crazy as i cant play any of my best games

Have you updated PB with pbsetup.exe?

What are your specs, as in OS used ETC, also use a tool called pbsvc.exe to see if PB is encountering any probs initialising etc.

When I go to the link that you provided, and then click on the "Windows" link I get nothing but a blank white page? Is is just me?

my O/S is Vista 32 Sp 2
i changed my gfx card from a geforce to radeon a few weeks ago the problem started a few days after. PB is working fine.

windows just this sec updated and it seems to still be ubdating geforce drivers wtf?
i really dont think its a PB problem more a gfx driver problem never had any truble befor i swiched to radeon tbh

Problem solved i bought an xbox no stuipid hoops to jump through just to play a simple game
