Crashes to desktop as soon as I press multiplayer or singleplayer. Help

I click on the shortcut and then it loads up the game and Im able to log into my account but when I click on Multiplayer or Singleplayer on the main menu it just crashes to the desktop with no error message or anything. It just says PR.exe has stopped working.

I found the error message:

Bump oh well, obviously no body cares. I have tried uninstalling BF2 again and reinstalling then reinstalling PR. Deleting cache files of BF2. Changing shortcut properties. No success. Great tech support yall. And I mean it.

A bit more indepth information about your OS and maybe if the .net Framework 3.5 SP1 is installed would be good.

Well I have Windows vista home premium SP2. And also I have framework 3.5
