So yar, I usually use Dell *pause for laughter* because of a 20% discount on it, but am willing to look elsewhere. I have the technical skills in terms of putting PCs together of a mildly retarded rodent, so I can't just buy the parts up. Keeping it under 1.5K USD would be ideal.

It's not very hard putting together PC it's mostly simple becuase everyting has a wrong and right place to go most things are colour coded so it's easy but you have to be carful al the same. If you don't want to build one your self then you should be able to get someone to do it for you or can just buy it direcly from the shops but they mosty rip you off anyway.
But as for your qustion may I ask what type of PC your looking for? And is that price for the whole PC or just the tower?
If you were in Australia I would suggest a well known site called staicice to find anything PC related but you may have a similar site in Russia f you can find it.

if you're buidling, then Computer Hardware - All - Scan.co.uk or Overclockers UK although I had problems with OCUK but these are apparently rare (having problems that is.)
