need help on first build

this is the spec im planning on using with vista 64bit. the case is over the top i now but im kinda set on it. as this is my first build i need abit off help what i whant to know is if all these parts are compatable with each other and would work. second thing is should i change any of the parts to something different baring in mind i need to keep it on the same budget as it is now.third of all i know how to put parts together then what i just stick windows vista 64bit in and install?

and would this be capable of overclocking?

That case is sexy. But Your really Crippling your parts because of it. Id recommend a Triple Core, and a HD 4850 at least.

why am i crippling part? basically cant spen any more and that case is kinda must have but would those parts work together im planning on upgrading in future that why case kinda gotta stay but as this is first time build is i got all that would it go together and mother board screw in right place ??

would suggest that you think of getting a larger PSU, 450w might do what your after now but doesn't give you much room to upgrade your gfx later. 295's now use around 800w. you might not want it now but if you want to have some future proofing it could be a good buy. buying a PSU twice always feels like a waste to me.

save on the case, what about dvd drive.

Also if you could hang on to buying it save a bit more and put more into the gfx

what you mean 295? and i cant really wait i need for collage as well later i will get better PSU But will that PSU be able to handle that spec efficiently and will all those componants work with each other and does that motherboard go in that case im not sure ?? and i got a dvd drive allready
