Hi i can play most evenings from about 22:30-23:00 onwards till even 5am if needed, you just need to give me a little notice, pm here or over xfire is cool. Earlier than that I will rarely be able to do I'm afraid.

As for a server, may i suggest thebattlearena, as Princess owns that server and I'm an Admin on it, so depending on her approval i guess something can be sorted out there.

What maps do you want to practice on? Or do we just want to play together at first to get started and then practice on specific maps after that. Of course we can use our server; we can all be on the same team.
We have a TS server as well if you want to use that.
4 pm CST is too early for me, I usually can't play till the evening Mon-Fri and am available on weekends. However, this Wednesday (7/15) I will be off work so I can be online earlier in the day.
