Need confirmation if i can run this graphics card on my computer.

Hello i need some help if i can run this card.

I'm at another computer writing this, so i won't be able to se the full information of my CPU performance.

Anyways i got: Intel 2.3ghz x2
2 gb RAM

Think thats the major information needed to decide if i can carry the XFX Geforce GTX 275 OC 896MB GDDR3, (640Mhz), 2xDVI, HDTV, SLIx3, 16X PCIe (copied from site).

Is it necessairy to buy anything with to make the card working better?

Its all dependant on your motherboard and Power Supply mate, not your CPU and RAM.

Will need to know those specs.

But, you will need a Power Supply with alteast 550w of power really to have no problems with 2 PCI connectors on it.

Your board will also need a PCI express x16 port for the card to fit.

Yes it did! Since i still don't have access to my computer, i wan't to find out more....

It's 1.5 years old, got a 512mb ATI card, perhaps it has the requirements that the XFX Geforce GTX 275 need

If it's 1.5 years old I doubt it has a power supply over 400w.

Although 1.5 years old it should have a PCI-E x16 slot and not and AGP slot.

alright, so this Corsair TX Series PSU CMPSU-650TXEU 650W 120mm fan ATX 20/24-pin 4/8pin 12V should do it? or do i need to replace anything to make this fit?

That's a standard ATX 2.2 standard PSU, so providing you have an ATX (Standard) case it will fit fine.

Also, that's an awesome PSU and has nice long, sleeved cables .

also you need to look at case layout too, as the 275 is HUGE!

Ofc not, i bought it for nearly 2 300 SEK, thats the swedish currency tho.
I had it checked up:
1 US dollar is 8.14 SEK
