Hi guys, I think it's a bug, this happended to me in an online server and made me get banned from that server.

That's not when I was in that server, but in the server I had an RPG kit, when I looked down to the supply crate it shoot and destroyed the place and injured me and my friends.

It might actually be your mouse. When a mouse gets really old, the metal in the mouse button can vibrate so much that one click can be several, as the plate keeps making contact and sending a signal to the computer after you have released the button.
The beatings will continue untill morale improves.

I posted that video on the forum of the server I got banned, and everyone agree with me that is a bug. Try to hold T, then click on request kit, stop holding T and there happens the bug.
