PR devs you should really make a foundation for injured soldiers, i would definitely donate to the foundation.

maybe just have a fund and then donate to help for heroes. then another fund and donate to some US soldiers fund or something.

Why make a fund to donate to a fund? you can just as easy donate to the funds directly. Besides if PR is gonna make a fund, who will deceide which fund gets donated to? there are so many choices: Brittish? US? German? Dutch? and so on...
The idea itself is good, dont get me wrong I just think its gonna be a lot of work for something thats already there.

have a public poll on the major charities for counties, then top 2/3 get rotated every month and people donate... end of month the payment is sent and new charity collection started.

One of the best things I saw in my time in iGi was a clan donation to Help For Heroes, we all pitched in.

But this isn't a function that the PR website or team is about, if you want to support such organisations, just put a banner in ur sig.

The PR Devs are already practically charity workers, building a free mod and just taking a few free donation. As mentioned by Rudd, if you want people to support a charity put it in your sig and avatar or whatever.
