I think this is more of a vanilla BF2 bug, because it happens with a lot of statics and dead bodies. 
It's funny to film, and makes for good filler footage in humorous PR videos. Also, I'm sure the swinging corpse is no threat to anybody nearby. 
So, it's not really a Project Reality bug, so I'm not sure if the devs can fix it.
