Well, I got my PR working recently and I moved my computer within my house today, still on the same internet, maybe that matters or maybe it doesn't. Every time I load a map I load all of the way then go to be in a squad, am kicked for a punkbuster communication failure (I have more specifics on it, will post up if needed) and then am hit by two viruses, trojan horses I believe, that are stopped by my anti virus program. This happened almost every time I loaded a map. I am updated fully, and tried to update my punkbuster. I updated my BF2 but not the other thing that is supposed to be updated. The test failed repeatedly on the second thing I was supposed to update so I left that.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, that half of my PB update worked fine, I may have gotten this virus business sorted out so I will try it again today.

You need to allow Punkbuster through your Anti Virus mate, or turn you AV off when gaming.

Alright, I'll try that. Is there a certain way to let it through without turning it off? I use Antivir and it has never happened before.

Not sure about that Anti virus, look it up on their support website mate.

I'd say best bet when gaming is just turn it off really.
