I have had this problem before with the standard BF2, It works perfectly fine offline (or on my own server), but when I browse for servers their pings come up 2000+, and I can't get anything over 8fps in game.
I fixed this problem in BF2, by changing the name of BF2.exe (in my case I changed it to BF2_nolag.exe)
However PR (from what I can tell) requires BF2.exe to run... which leads me to my 2000+ ping and 8fps lag.
I have already tried making a shortcut to BF2_nolag.exe and adding the "+modPath mods/pr +menu 1" args to it, but it doesn't work, PR requires you to use the PR.exe to launch the mod.
Yes, I have BF2 patched to 1.41.
So my question is: Is there a way I can get PR to target my BF2_nolag.exe instead of BF2.exe?
Thanks in Advance!

Re: Unreasonable Online Lag and Frame Rates
When asking for help,
please remember to post your:
Operating System (OS)
systems specs (MoBo, GFX, Audio, generally hardware),
network setup (router-model, direct connection, DSL, 36k-modem, how many clients)
And a brief history before and after problem started. (Did you change anything? new drivers, new Anti-Vir...)
Please describe as precise as possible when your problem hits and
what you have already tried.

Re: Unreasonable Online Lag and Frame Rates
I had strange lag too before. But it was fixed when I installed the latest .NET Framework which, for some reason, wasn't installed with PR.
