Caught in Limbo (not able to "give up")

Was Brit on Al Basrah trying to go down ladder, instead I fell down but was able to catch the last rim. This killed me (guess the fall was too high). But heres the problem, I was not given the option to "give up", all I could do was lie there dead or disconnect from server.

Well I really didnt know what to search for, thought I was being really original calling it limbo
