[Help] Removing ticket bleed

Ok I am editing a map for personal use and I need to remove the ticket bleed when I change the flags around. anyone know which txt file I need to edit.

and what is the easiest way to set a map to say a more morning feel?

"teamvalue" something string in the gameplayobjects.con under the flags section, file found in gamemodes/*gamemode*/*playersize*/
