Suggestion for hands up and also pilots and insurgent healing
I Don't know if it already exists, but there should be bigger peantly for killing civis
that handsup, its obvious that who puts his hands up is a civilian. and there should be problem with that in long ranges cause hands up is an animation so it shouldn't disappear like hats/helmets etc..
Pilots have unarmed too like civis, but pilots can't hands up. if a pilot survives after his aircraft is down, since he unarmed the enemy should be able to arrest him with a knife(cause most kits are full and it wouldn't be very reallistic that everyone have restrainer instead knife) , and arresting a pilot would be a bonus (bonus tickets or something like) .
there should be bigger peantly for colliation shooting civis that are hands up, and not moving and close to the colliation soldiers.
and it is very annoying that only civis can heal somehow the insurgents. insurgents should
have field dressing too, or atleast heal in caches and crates like in vanilla.

I don't think the game can discern between hands up and hands down, only different weaponslots.
But I do agree civikills need to be punished more, but there are numerous threads about that.

i think what would be cool is a bigger ticket loss or something more damaging to pilots that die. =/ seeing how if they keep piloting they'll have to wait for their vehicle spawn ANYWAYS, also it makes it so they're less willing to die.

TO make it worth to the insurgents, how about a little incentive for capturing, and if they kill the pilot, the blufor get some sort of "morale" boost... but the pilot still gets a penalty... ?

lithium fox has a good idea that if the pilot died it would be a bigger ticket loss and if the pilot is captured it would be maybe the same amount of gain for the other team.

Pilot should get a raise hands option.

Or give the pilot hands up mode, or dont make them little sheep that are caught between the wolves when they parachute...
Why jump out from the plane if your going to jump to your death? Can they have a penalty on the spawn time? for not jumping from the plane? If yes, please give them a pistol with 1 mag on the pistol and 1 on the inventory, so they dont become paratroopers worthy.
(Off-topic: Paratrooper kit please. :'( with a simple rifle and field dressing.)

Yes we need to add Pistol to inventory again ,,, one situation was in operation baracuda i was flying with huey
with hydras and got hit by aa and chop start falling from sky then i jumped out from chop without anything and enemy came and killed me with knife

Darkkas thing is in previous versions where the pilot had a pistol, there were squads just parachuting into enemy fortifications and then taking enemy kits to use as their own.

agree with that PR need bigger punish for killing civis...
Hands up for pilot(no punish for killing him no extra for arresting pilot) is nice for VIP MUMBLE nights where VIP is Unarmed PILOT

then maybe if possible, if a pilot gets out of the plane, and then suicides he should get a punishment. then he may survive or may get captured. and do a bigger ticket lose to death of pilot(pilot that died by aircraft)

Just give him the ability to put the hands up and change nothing else. Purely cosmetic without any use. And maybe one enemy will have mercy and let the pilot go, who knows.
