and to satisfy all those who have donated, have the devs given a likely timetable?
1) new patch to fix the 1.3 patch
2) the next patch to fix what goes wrong when EA try to patch the 1.3 patch
3) other things involved with progressing the Mod skins/maps/tweaks
4) sorting through 1955 sounds and deciding which ones to use to replace existing sounds and introducing them to the Mod then releasing that!

[R-DEV]Jaymz: That has to be...the most epic response to a welcome thread I have ever seen. [R-CON]Mr.D ladies and gentlemen!

Although we would like to, we have found in the past sticking to timetables very hard. When we were releasing our first mod, we set some very strict deadlines, and, as we found more problems with the BF2 engine, we ended up having to leave huge lumps out of the mod. therefore,w e promised ourselves no timetables, we will just work to the best of our ability and set out to get every mod build out in the fastest, yet best time possible.MrD wrote:and to satisfy all those who have donated, have the devs given a likely timetable?

the Mod with the EFX sounds inplemented will come with a warning to avoid the players suing the devs for PTSD related disorders!

locked at the request of Maverick, as the targt has been reached!
I'd just like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Maverick, who has done a wonderful job with this. Rest assured, this is yet another strong example of how strong our community is, and the lengths you ladies and gents will go to in insuring that PRMM drags you by the balls into the action.
On behalf of the Dev team, I don't think I'm alone in saying thanks you to all those who contributed, and we will get these sounds ingame asap. The community makes this mod what it is. But please, be a little patient
