beeping is usually a sign that something is wrong with your hardware. if you remove the ram and it stops beeping, could be a sign that your ram is broken (or was not properly placed in the slot).
if you have more than one piece of ram, try putting them in one at a time and if you get beeping with all of them, try getting some different ram to stick in there and see how that goes.

Best bet would be to talk to Insystems. I think this is their website: In Systems
My laptop actually had a similar problem about a month ago, it beeped and what not. I ended up having to send it in for repairs, luckily I still had a warranty on it. Apparently they replaced the thermal pad, motherboard(I think), and reformatted my hard drive. Before I sent it in though they had me reseat my RAM and reseat my hard drive so you could try that. Just make sure if it's still under warranty you don't do anything to void it.

The beeps are the POST signal (Power On Self Test). Exactly what they mean is dependent on your BIOS. However if you are getting them it means that something is pretty seriously wrong with your machine as they are for diagnostics when you cant actually get a monitor working.

see if you can borrow a stick of ram to put it in to test (see if it boots or not)
Don't know if you can hear the cpu fan or not, some PC's won't boot if the fan has failed (safety feature -avoids the cpu cooking itself up)
