Punkbuster MD5Tool Mismatch Error and Level Setup Issue

I keep getting the Punkbuster MD5Tool Mismatch errors.

I looked in the FAQ and since it was PR i tried to reinstall core and levels. I'm reinstalling now and I think I know I am getting them now because I get this when I install the levels:

"An error occured while trying to copy a file:
The source file is corrupted."

Should I redownload levels from a different place? Or what?

Also, the error when I reinstalled only came up like 5 times. So anytime I need one of those files in game it crashes. Should I just try and redownload levels and then reinstall it again?
