strange PR exe. problem

Ok a freind who is trying to fix PR is having this stange problem.

I tried the other PE exe. thread and im not 100% sure he followed it correctly but i think he followed it still.

Here is the eror:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\pr.exe

I Already Re-installed PR and BF , i still get the Error. Right now i am just out of ideas.

reinstalling fixed that for me whene i had it...

Well , during install of .NET Framework , there is also some kind of error , and it just stops installing , maybe thats the problem , but i have found no way to install .NET Framework.

i had that for a while... it just worked one time whene i did the reinstall...idk why....

i read throw the thread i posted thow and they seam that it is not the best fix.... idk what to tell you, i did 2 reinstalls and mine worked....
of couse i did something wrong and now my computer wont run games at all..... so i may not be the best person to give advice =P

I Have done 4 Re-Installs already , and the .Net Framework intsallation always Error's out.
Anyone have an idea?

try going to your computer's control panel and click on it and try to repair it.. that's what im doin atm
