my suggestion is to give the ak-74 a 3 round burst ability so it would be simi burst and full auto iirc it does have a burst in rl. ask one of the russian guys

The AK74 has three modes on its selector:
Safe
Fully Automatic
Semi Automatic

When the selector is in the upper position, the rifle's safety mechanism is engaged and it cannot fire by pulling the trigger. In the safe position the selector blocks foreign matter from entry to the gun. However, it still allows the bolt to be withdrawn far enough to check if the gun is loaded. When the selector is in the middle position, the gun will fire on full automatic, cycling fresh rounds into the chamber until the trigger is released or the magazine is emptied. With the selector in the lower position, the gun fires in semi-automatic operation. This requires the trigger to be released and then squeezed again for each round to be fired.

i have fired ak-47's and they dont have a burst setting.... plus, a burst setting is a waiste, its called shoot 3-5 bullets, realase the trigger, repeate...

the only reason the american rifles have burst is so the kids in the army dont waist off all there ammo on one guy, just spamming rounds, instead of shooting 2 or 3 rounds into a guy.

the ak-74 might have a burst, idk, but from my personal experiance, ak-47's dont have burst settings

they dont, i think the only AK's with burst is the ak 101 series and higher, but i know for a fact the 74 does not.

Yes. Because Wikis are always so wonderfully accurate sources that are never subverted.

However, it is correct in this case.

A website written by a chap who's published 4 books on the subject of small arms as well as contributing to several magazines, like this one, might be a little more reliable as a general source.
