No packet flow (PB KICK)

I can't play PR because i have serious lag or i become kicked by punkbuster.
I have tried everything.
The reason is no packet flow...
Please don't give the following solutions because i have tried it all.
I have downloaded Pbsvc uninstalled, re-installed Pb, I have also did the pb setup all this worked perfectly.
I have reinstalled Battlefield 2 and Project reality lvls and core.
(I'm working with a router i have opened the ports for Battlefield 2 ...)

Try:
Temporarely
1) disabling firewall (s)
2)by pass the router (if you using one) and connect directly to the internet
