HAT kit deployed mode

Cool, you HAT whore :P If there is a deployed HAT position it would have to be more like dropping a TOW. I was initially scared that would lead to having two rockets, but that's because I forgot about the magic of mag-linking :)

So, in essence, it would take longer to set up a deployed HAT position, but you'd have a smaller profile (either sitting or prone) and you'd get a deviation decrease, but you'd lose your mobility and you'd have to set it up in an ambush position overlooking a road or something.

Though you were probably thinking it would be done like the LMGs, but I think this way would make it better
