RESTRICTION: Disallowed Porgram/Driver [128017]

Just started getting this message pop up, 2 minutes after being on a server punkbuster kicks me. Ive already tried updating punkbuster and it still doesnt work.

could be an old version of fraps causing this, or the mumble overlay

Yeah, I've had this problem while running fraps. Try close the programs.

Fraps or Mumble overlay, and TS overlay sometimes does it too iirc.

i did recently install mumble but uninstalled it and im still getting this message
