Can I install PR and Bf2 on an external harddrive?

It has been a few months since I have played and now I see that .086 is out and It is looking great but PR +bf2 really bog down the computer. So I was wondering if I could install it onto a external 250gb harddrive, You see my PC runs it great but it bogs down other things like the internet and other applications.

it should work fine.. the only thing is it may be a little slow becuase instead of the short didstance , it has to travel down the usb cable, and up the cable, and saposidle, it should be a little slower... but im not sure how much slower...if its noticble or not i dont know

Well not if it is like Ethernet cable. My cable is running 150 feet or so and there is absolutely no difference. I dont think it will make it slower and if it does probably not very noticable.

It should run and play the exact same way. Did this last summer with .75 on a laptop. Works fine
