PR Guide page not working?

is it just me or the guide isnt working?

it requests auth username and password, like its under construction or something,then:

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

Works for me

The guide is currently undergoing a major re-working by 2Slick4u. It's basically been rebuilt from the ground up. It is planned to come back online publically in the near future. No ETAs though
